Delivery and shipping is an online sales site for individuals and professionals. We provide international deliveries worldwide.

Once the order is processed and prepared, it is shipped to the mailing address provided by the Buyer when placing the order.

The Products are delivered by the postal services or by a specialized service provider (depending on the case and/or the delivery options selected) (hereinafter the “Carrier”). In case of absence of the Buyer, the Carrier leaves a notice of passage in the mailbox of the Buyer. The Buyer must then go to his post office with the notice of passage in order to recover his package. It is nevertheless specified that the Buyer is informed that the package is kept by the Deliverer for a period of ten (10) days after the first presentation.

However, (very frequent case) it happens that the deliverer does not leave a notice what for it is necessary to make the follow-up of the parcel by the means of the link of that we send you to every expedition.

Delivery time
Once the order is prepared it is shipped to the mailing address given by the Buyer when ordering.

Orders paid by credit card, Bancontact are processed within a maximum of two (2) working days subject to product availability.
It is recalled that an order is only forwarded once it has been paid.

Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

In the event of stock shortage, the order will be executed within a maximum of thirty (30) days from the day following the day the Buyer validated the order.

Failure to deliver by the end of this period, the Buyer has the possibility to cancel his order under the conditions provided in the article “Delayed Delivery” below.

Following receipt of payment, shipments are assured within 48 hours.

If the product is out of stock, the order is executed within a maximum of thirty (30) days from the day following the day the Buyer validated his order, subject to full payment of his order.

Failing delivery at the end of this period, the Buyer has the possibility to cancel his order by contacting the customer service at the email address

Delayed Delivery
If the maximum delivery time of thirty (30) days is exceeded, Buyer may exercise its right to terminate the order with Customer Service.

As of the exercise of the right of denunciation, the Seller shall make a refund of the totality of the sums paid by the Buyer (including delivery costs), according to the method of payment used within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the denunciation, and this, to the exclusion of any other compensation.

In the event of partial delivery, delivery may be made in installments, and this right shall apply only to the undelivered balance of the order.


Any delay in delivery must be reported as soon as possible by the Buyer by e-mail to the address, so that the Seller can make an inquiry with the Carrier. The Buyer is informed that the duration of an investigation is random and can be relatively long, as the Seller does not control its realization.


If during this investigation, the order is found, it is immediately rerouted to the delivery location designated in the order.

If at the end of this investigation the loss of the order is confirmed, the Seller shall carry out, at its expense, a reshipment of the Product(s) to the Buyer or in case of definitive unavailability, reimburse, on the bank account debited at the time of the order, the Buyer of the sums cashed.

Each delivery shall be deemed to have been made as soon as the Product(s) are made available to the Buyer by the Carrier.
